How we handle your applicant data

When you apply for a role at People's Group, we process personal data about you. Here's an overview of what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
What we collect
Name, email, the role you apply for, your motivation and a link to your CV or LinkedIn. We don't ask for a personal ID number or a photo. If you share a CV, it may contain more information - we handle that carefully and with limited access.
Why we process it
We process your data to assess your application and run the recruitment. The legal basis is steps taken before a possible contract. If you choose to join the talent pool, that happens on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
If you don't get the role, we delete your data after about six months - unless you've opted into the talent pool. If you withdraw your consent, we delete as soon as possible.
Who has access
Only the hiring team has access to your application. The data is stored encrypted on EU soil with access control.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, and to withdraw a consent. Email support@peoplesdoctor.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
